A little bit of information on our farm and how we raise our animals.

Our chickens are Free Ranged every day and fed only NON GMO feed. In the summertime we rotate them around the farm and in the winter we park the coop close to the house and near a freeze proof hydrant for an easy water source. We still free range them even in the winter.
Our lamb is all grass fed. Lambs are born in early April and ready for Marketing mid to late October. In the winter we have our ewes shedded and feed them only good quality hay and minerals. In the summer they are out on pasture. We plan to do intensive grazing with them this next summer rotating their pasture every day for better herd health.
Our hogs are raised on NON GMO feed as well. We have them fenced in to a 1/2 acre of creek bottom with plenty of nice dirt to wallow in. We buy feeder pigs from 40 to 100 pounds. We don’t have our own sows. Average selling weight is 250 to 300 lbs. We have a full selection of Pork cuts on our price list. We also sell whole or half hogs and you can get them cut into anything you want. The price for whole or half hogs is $2.80 per lb hanging weight + slaughter cost. The hanging weight is about 70% of the live weight. We can deliver them to your door within a 50 mile radius, please check with us for delivery pricing. Our Beef is grass fed and in the summertime we do intensive grazing, rotating them to new pasture every day. We have Ground Beef and Snack sticks available, but we are still growing our herd and it will be about 2 years before we will have a substantial supply of beef. We will however have a few whole or half beef available this fall around October.
